Alien Aesthetics

Hey!

Today we bring you the best of both worlds - Earthly fashion with an alien flair! Combining metallic pieces we created this galactic look that's really simple but sure to stand out.

Our twinning item today is the halter top. It's made a huge comeback recently with the resurgence of 90's fashion and we've fully embraced it. Shady's halter by Amy Laura Smith features cute silver alien faces on a sheer white background while Choom went for a plain blue shiny halter. 

Our bottom pieces are super shiny too. To match her aliens, Shady has silver leggings which sort of reflect rainbows when the light hits them. Cool right? We've noticed the leggings at ASOS aren't very stretchy so always order a size up than what you would normally buy! Shady is also super tall so they come up a bit short but she still looks really cool. Choom went totally matchy matchy with her high waisted shorts from Motel. We often have trouble finding shorts that fit both our waist and derrière but thankfully these shorts are a perfect fit! 

We've both opted for a silver wedge for this look. Really twinning! The sparkles in Shady's jelly shoes are super alien-y while Choom sticks with metallics, the running theme of her outfit. 

Because this look is a bit simple we wanted to keep it edgy with our make up and hair. Shady is rocking huge double buns and a quirky lipstick. Choom loves to stick gems on her forehead so used that to enhance her alien look. Using three different types of sticker, underlined by white eyeliner, she looks totally intergalactic.

We both went with statement earrings for this look. Choom stayed true to the theme with alien earrings (the only non metallic item in this whole ensemble!) and Shady wore her pixel pointer earrings.
