Sketch

Hey!

Since Choom has made a triumphant return to London we decided to do a little bit of celebrating over tea for two at Sketch London. It's a fabulous venue, with all the decor curated by artists including the toilets! We love a theme so we dressed up to match the room that we would be dining in, the Gallery.

We absolutely loved the venue, from the moment we entered Sketch we knew it was going to be a cool experience. The Gallery was breathtaking, the perfect plush chairs all in pink were so lush and the waiting staff were so lovely (not to mention one really fit waiter) so the atmosphere was perfect from the outset.

We wanted to do a less casual look since the occasion and venue called for more formal wear so we stepped it up a bit with our co-ords. You may be wondering why Shady's look isn't her usual style, and that's because she borrowed some of Choom's clothes for this outfit. The top is a standout piece featuring a rainbow top half and a sheer bottom half with cute little stars. She layered it over a tulle pink skirt to create a dress like silhouette.

Choom was feeling super old fashioned in her shirt and bow tie. Well it wasn't a regular bow tie, it was a necklace made to look like one which is good enough, right? She tucked her shirt into her heart pocketed skirt for a prim and proper feel.

 We both went for a knee high sock and platform look because we have to put a lil twist on formal. Shay's overall look was accented by stars and moons to go with the night time feel of her flowy sheer top. Even her socks have stars on them!  To match Shady Choom wore her sheer knee highs in a subtle pastel purple and super kawaii wedge shoes. While the weather is still acceptable Choom wants to rock the socks and sandals look for as long as possible.

 

We took a lot of photos near the toilets which surprisingly had the best lighting and was just as cool as the rest of Sketch. Each toilet was in a little pod that made astronaut noises inside. It was definitely an experience and we totally recommend a visit!
