Getting Wiggy With It

We like to change our hair a lot, and with this it often alters the feel of the outfit. So we completely switched it up this week and wore pink wigs and tbh we're loving it. They can change up a look in an instant, which we're constantly doing, so well worth an investment!

Shady has wanted to experiment with different hairstyles for a while. She chose an ombre wig as well as a skirt from Gamiss, an affordable fashion site with clothing in a variety of styles to choose from. They ship from China but delivery time ended up being super fast. There was such a vast collection of wigs and hair pieces it was hard to decide on one alone! She loves the length and colour of this one in particular, which is exactly the same as the picture shown on the website. It ended up suiting her look really well and she'll definitely be wearing it in the future. It makes her feel like an anime character!

Choom's wig was bought by her Dad in Paris (thanks btw!) It was originally a little thin at the crown but with the addition of a few sewn in pink extensions, the wig is now really full and not cosplay looking. If you're buying a wig just make sure to avoid anything too shiny!

So now onto the outfits! We went with the theme of cute characters, so for obvious reasons Shady wore a tshirt with Hello Kitty all over it. Hello Kitty is the ultimate kawaii character and if you visit Tokyo you should visit Sanrio Puroland. It's the cutest theme park ever! Rides and attractions featuring Hello Kitty and her all of her friends, including Choom's fave, Gudetama. Choom's tshirt dress doesn't feature any particular character but this little rainbow bear is so cute! The shoulders of this top are really interesting, ribbons tied the shoulder and then loose at the bottom which can be left hanging or tied into a bow. 

The suspender skirt is a must-have basic item for your wardrobe as it will look great with most tops! It's a little short on Shady (like most skirts) because she's so tall. But it's made comfortable with its elasticated suspender straps.

Shady's accessories go with her black/pink theme (not the kpop group) and Choom's with her all over pastel. Combining the latest accessory trends into one tattoo chokers and pom poms, Shady incorporates that into her outfit. Choom's accessories include a choker which says 魔法少女（Mahou Shoujo) aka Magical Girl aka Choom, a ribbon shaped ring and hair clip to match the ribbons on her shoulders.
