Hey!
So I'm usually the scary looking one of us cuties, but I've tried my hardest to bring you an adorable outfit to feast your eyes on today. Did I do good?
I wanted to do a heart themed shoot because I noticed that I have accumulated a lot of clothes which have a heart print or pattern. Pastel pink and white are my fave colour combination. You will definitely notice that those two colours are a trend when it comes to how I style myself. I like the girlishness of pink but also think that the presence of white can give an outfit a fresh look.
I tend to steer clear of tops with long sleeves because I don't like the feel... (I'm weird ok?)
And right now I see crop tops as a definite must-have because of the lovely summer weather! This one in particular is pink with the tiniest little white hearts printed on it. It's from H&M, which is a surprise to me as I normally tend to struggle finding things that I like in there.
I got this cute bag, which can be worn as a clutch or over the shoulder, from The Laden Showroom on Brick Lane, London. It comes in both pink & black. I loved both but I especially couldn't resist the pink design. I'm also wearing my lil wristband from SuperOrange which has just become an everyday habit. I need it to feel like I'm 1000% magical girl material.
Being a lover of fluff, I decided to team my outfit with my little pom-pom earrings, which also have a heart shaped stud. They are from an online brand called Pom Girl which specialises in all things pom and all of their items are of an affordable price. You should definitely check them out if fluff is your thing too!
I also accessorised with a huge bow headband for ultimate cute-ness. I have had this headband for a long time and can't remember where I purchased it from! It's now become a statement piece in my wardrobe. I don't wear it often but when I do it gets a lot of attention due to its size.
I love my pink Superga X Suki Waterhouse flatforms. They are so comfy and go with so many of my clothes. I find it hard to find shoes that actually fit me because I have big feet which also happen to be an awkward inbetween size. Superga shoes tend to come up slightly too big so they were a perfect fit for me when I ordered the size below. Be aware of this if you are thinking of purchasing too :)
I originally chose the location for this shoot as I thought the pale walls and black bars of the gates would contrast well with my outfit. But upon arrival I noticed that the gates also had a heart design on them! It was meant to be.
Also big thank you to 'Little' Chloe Lee for taking the photos! We make the perfect team.
