Summer is coming and we're so ready for the warmer weather. For many people their summer wardrobe means it's time to start wearing colour (tbh why haven't you been colourful the whole year??) but you can still feel the summer vibe in or out of colour! In this post we'll show you both ends of the spectrum!

Welcome to our first post of 2016! We decided to go with a 'new year new us' theme (original, we know) and incorporate that message into our outfits! Also instead of doing our usual separate outfits we combined ourselves to bring you four outfit inspirations!

Fantasia

Combining unicorns, plushies and lots of sparkles we are proud to present this super cute outfit post! We realised we've accumulated a lot of fantastical clothing and we wanted to share it, all at once, with added plushies.

Byokawaii

Wearing surgical masks in Japan is the norm as it's supposed to stop the spread of germs. There is a cool trend however of turning this practical piece into a fashion statement! Japan being Japan you can get different coloured masks with all kinds of patterns and graphics meaning you can coordinate them with your outfit. We did exactly that but created contrasting looks.

If you're wondering about the title it's a combination of 'byouki' 病気 which means illness in Japanese and 'kawaii' かわいい which is Japanese for cute!

We're feeling super freeky in our Die Antwoord inspired ensemble. Shady is a huge fan of the South African rap/rave group and is always randomly singing their songs.  

Nerdz

Hey!

We may not look like it but we are both huge nerds. We both love anime, manga and video games. Shady is a WiiU pro (her specialities being Mario Kart & Zelda) while Choom is a Tekken Lord. Our fave animes are mostly 90s classics, Shady insists Cardcaptor Sakura is better than Sailor Moon but Choom strongly disagrees. It's the only thing we've ever had a fight about, it's serious business!
